Refund policy

1. All Sales are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Sourdough Bakery & Café does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind" cancellations. Once an order is processed, baked, and/or delivered/picked up, the sale is final.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our quality control. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at 24-961223 within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
  • If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellations & Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. We cannot guarantee cancellations made after this period.
4. Pickup Policy
Orders not picked up on the scheduled date and time will not be refunded or replaced, as the product cannot be resold.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery, or for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend to store Bread and Pastries (only ones without cream fillings) in the freezer at -18c for up to 3 months, and heat at 220c for bread, 180c for viennoiserie.
